Step 1. Online Enquiry
Super simple! Just click ‘Enquiry’ on our website head, fill out the form, and share as many details as you can about your special day.

Step 2. Availability
We’ll be in touch via email within 48 hours to let you know if we’re available for your date. If we are available, we’ll reach out to learn more about your vision and begin creating a customised floral quote just for you.

Step 3. Receive your floral & styling quote
Once we have all the details, we’ll put together a custom quote just for you. To lock in your date, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit, which goes toward your total balance.

Step 4. Deposit payment
You’re booked in with us! We’re so excited to be part of your special day—consider us officially on your team! As your floral journey begins, know that we’re here to support you every step of the way. Got questions or ideas to share? Just pop us an email—we’re always just a message away.

Step 5. Final consultation
About 4 weeks before your wedding, we’ll touch base for a final consultation—either over the phone or through email —so we can finalise your quote and go over all the little details. If you’ve booked our full wedding service, you’ll also receive a personalised mood board after confirming the final details, to help bring together the overall vibe and vision for your day.

Step 6. It's Your Big Day
The big day has arrived, and we’re in full bloom mode! Once your personal florals are safely delivered to you, our team heads straight to your ceremony and reception, and event spaces to bring all our lovingly planned designs to life.
